Collector Maps. First design your data model publish your layers then create the map. Your map is now ready to use for data collection.
The resulting collector produces a Map. If others still dont see your map in Collector make sure you enabled it for use in Collector in the Application SettingsRestricting maps from use in Collector is currently only supported in ArcGIS Online. Authoritative maps ensure field-captured location data updates and additions are accurate.
Use maps anywhere to ground truth your data make observations and respond to events.
However they will be retired in December 2021 a little. Collector uses your devices location service to identify your position. Either sign in with the same account you used to make the map or share the map with a group and sign in as a user that is a member of that group. In the next section youll see how to customize the capabilities available when the map is used in Collector.
